If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact us first by phone or email. We will check whether your ticket's terms allow for a refund and advise you accordingly. If you decide to proceed with the cancellation, you must provide written confirmation of your request. Please note: If you fail to inform us of your cancellation before the scheduled departure or do not check in, the airline will likely mark your booking as a 'no-show', which usually results in the loss of the entire fare paid. If a refund is allowed, processing times can vary and generally take between 10 to 16 weeks for airline approval. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. If the original card is no longer valid, it’s essential that you inform us at the time of cancellation.

Any refund issued will be adjusted to exclude any cancellation fees imposed by the airline or tour operator. Additionally, many airlines apply their own processing fees for handling refunds.
